Parmesan Panadería
The challenge.
Parmesan Panadería ran its operation with a basic cash register, sales written by hand and zero visibility into which products moved most. They needed a professional POS, table control for dine-in, cash management with open and close, and reports that told them what was selling well — without paying thousands of dollars for a commercial POS system.
Our solution.
Lulo Dev implemented Odoo POS in 3 weeks, configured for a bakery with dine-in and takeaway: 5 tables, an Orders module with a full cash flow (open $200K, close with reconciliation), a product catalog and sales reports with daily charts. We trained the team and left the whole operation running on Odoo Community — with no recurring license cost.
